Signs of Identity

The Colegio Estudiantes is a secular educational center, without any political or religious affiliation. Our Center encourages to transmit and bring life to the educational spirit through sports, in response to the needs of built-in and integrative, tolerant and neutral, active and experiential, unified and based on the social coeducation that families currently demand.

The motto of the Students School is “Education through sports” and the pillars on which our “educational building” is based are:

• Physical and Sports Education.
• Multilingualism
• Information and Technology communication.

Who inspires us?

The Students College project is inspired by the Institution of Free Teaching (ILE).

Values and pedagogical principles

We are born with the firm purpose of transforming the current school, because the student is the main conductor of their training and therefore must become the active element of the teaching-learning process.

For this we provide a quality Bilingual Teaching with special attention to Physical and Art Education and teaching in New Technologies.

Our identity will always be flexible with the reality of the environment, inspired by the pedagogical principles of the Free Institution of Education and adapting the educational process to the pedagogical innovation procedures. We want students who feel happy and proud to have gone through school.

The commitment to society and the environment is a foundation of our school and the relationship between teachers and students is essential.

Organization of the Center

The organizational culture of Colegio Estudiantes encourages teamwork. The involvement in the fulfillment of this project of the center is an indispensable requirement for all workers, students and parents of the school. The purpose is to strengthen this dream that will be based on cooperative work and the feeling of belonging to the community.

Schedules and Voluntary Complement

The voluntary supplement offered to students from 3 years to 4 years of secondary school includes additional sessions of physical activity, languages and digital competence, among others.

Infant stage

Our Educational Project includes an individualized attention of our students from an early age that contemplates the physical, sensorial, intellectual and affective social aspect in order to stimulate the personal development of the child.

In the Center, we have both cycles that comprise the Infant Stage (from 1 to 5 years).

Primary Education

• The students are the conductors of their own learning, using in all the areas an active and experiential methodology.
• Learning process focused on the development of competences, skills and values.
• The monthly didactic visits will be the best means to transfer the acquired knowledge to other contexts and environments, where there will be direct contact with what is being learned.
• Participation in the learning process of the entire educational community (families, teachers, students, Center workers).
• Work in specialized classrooms (plastic, music, theater, library …).

Secondary Education

There is a split schedule from 8:45 to 17:00, the 8 daily sessions that we teach in the 4 Secondary courses are developed. There is two breaks, one in the morning and one after the meal. Our dynamic, active and interdisciplinary system does not allow fatigue to settle in the student body.

Baccalaureate

The voluntary supplement offered to students from 3 years to 4 years of secondary school includes additional sessions of physical activity, languages and digital competence, among others.

Vocational Training

Higher Technical Training Course in Animation of Physical and Sports Activities (TAFAD).

Summer Camps

Multiple summer camps for children to enjoy doing activities and making new friendships.

Our Summer Courses are open to children of different ages, whether they are from our school or not.

Swimming School

Classes of individual and group swimming, aquagym, therapeutic, swimming for mothers and newborns, free training, intensive courses in holiday periods and preparation for childbirth in the water.
